Frequently asked questions

We offer four sizes: Mini Square (2×2 / 5×5 cm), Classic Square (3×3 / 7.5×7.5 cm), Photo Rectangle (4×6 / 10×15 cm), and Large Print (5×7 / 13×18 cm).

Upload the original file from your phone or camera. We print at high resolution and recommend images at least ~1000 pixels on the long edge. We accept JPG, PNG and HEIC, and we'll flag any photo that's too small before printing.

Most Canadian orders are printed and delivered within 3–5 business days. Remote and rural addresses can take a little longer. You'll get a confirmation email when your order ships.

At launch we ship within Canada. If you're in the U.S. or elsewhere, email hi@picmagnet.ca and we'll let you know the soonest we can serve you.

Each magnet is premium glossy photo paper bonded to a flexible magnetic vinyl backing. The printed surface is splash-resistant and wipes clean.

Yes. There's no minimum — order a single magnet or a few hundred. Volume discounts kick in automatically at 10, 25 and 50+.

Right on this site: open the Upload page, choose a size, and drag in your pictures. We store them at full resolution so your print stays sharp.

Basic touch-ups (brightening, red-eye, simple background cleanup) are available — just add a note at checkout. For heavier edits, mention it and we'll confirm before printing.

If a magnet arrives defective or damaged in shipping, we'll replace it free. Because every magnet is custom-printed from your photo, we can't accept returns for personal preference — but we'll always make it right if something's wrong on our end.

The top surface is splash-resistant and wipes clean, but the magnets aren't meant to be submerged or run through a dishwasher. Keep them on the fridge, not in the sink.

Absolutely. Weddings, corporate promo, fundraisers and events get our best pricing and can include custom packaging. Email hi@picmagnet.ca for a custom quote.
